These are so vibrant. I have the same problem with mine. I know there's something you're supposed to stick in the ground to make them blue (iron maybe?).. I haven't gotten around to try it though. I have a very strange hydrangea out the back that has all three colours growing, each with it's own area, Pure blue at the back of the bush, purple in the middle and like your painting deep pink at the front of the bush, I'm not complaining, it's great ,I love it.
